i had a death in the family and was extremely stressed about 3 months ago just this last week or so i have been shedding hair like crazy. i know its stress related and my whole family and i have very thick hair but i just want to know how long to expect it to last and if there is anything i can do to limit, and promote new hai growth quicker.

im less stressed now, and trying to just be calm and relaxed as i know as long as the stress persisits so will my hair.

anyone experienced this? how long did it last for you? and how much percent of hair do you think you lost?

I had the same . my grandma passed away and i was very close to her it was hard and i was stressed.

my hair came out too i think i lost about half? it was bad.

it took a long time for my hair to get better.

i took vits like kelp yeast tablets to help hair growth i did scalp massages to help. and i did alot of hobbies like walking dancing. this helped me relax and take my mind of things helping me de stress

hope this helps take care all the best

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tinyurl.im/aH7X9 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Tips

-if you can, wash hair every other day or every two days-it just depends how oily your hair gets.

-leave conditioner on for 10 minutes at least and don't put it on roots.

-drink lots of water and eat a lot of protein such as meat and peanut butter cause your hair is made from protein.

-always use a leave in conditioner for split ends.

-trim hair once a month since split ends stops hair growth.

-use heat protection every time.
