I think brunette! i have brunette hair and it is long, and when i curl it or straighten it, it looks wonderful. I am pale, lol, but with your tan you would look so good! and with your golden brown eyes it would look amazing. :)

i have blonde hair but i really like the brown hair colour and i think it will go nice with your skin tone :) but do you have long-ish hair because it will look really nice with long hair because you can do what u like with it :) so i say brunette! go for it!
