'Supercuts' hairdressers....are they any good?

Hi

I don't have much money, I know the cut I want - I even have a picture.....

If i take it to Supercuts, Liverpool Street, London...what could go wrong?!

Has anyone ever used them and what are they like? How come their cuts are so cheap, is it because their hairdressers are....a bit dodgy?

Thanks x

If it's a complex cut, I would try to stray away from them, and try going to a hair school. It's just as cheap, and they have certified teachers there helping the students. If they do something wrong, they HAVE to fix it for free. If it's a pretty simple cut, then you should be fine going to supercuts. They're cheap because that's the point; a haircut you can afford. Some of the hairdressers might actually be really good, but just had bad luck finding a job.

I've been going to a lady at Hair Cuttery (not exactly the same as Supercuts but on the same price/quality level) for 2 years now, and she is amazing! She used to work at Mario Tricoci, but once she started a family she wanted to cut back her hours to part time and found the place I go to to be very flexible. The place is great - clean, friendly - and I am always completely satisfied with my haircut. Just because it doesn't cost as much doesn't mean the workers have any less experience or skills!

well the supercuts down my area, messed up mine and my sisters hair, theyre not very good here, you should go to toni and guy and get your hair cut by someone training, they are cheap around £15.00 or cheaper i cant remember and they cut a lot better plus they get help from the professionals too and they are always checking up on them to see if they are cutting your hair well
