Why do bugs keep flying on my hair?

I have almost platinum blonde hair and I wear clip-in extensions, sometimes I tease my hair for some volume. I wash my hair every day and use a lot of care products, it's never greasy, dirty or anything.
But I noticed that since I dyed my hair that bright, bugs started to fly on my hair more. It's awful, I'm in school talking to my friend and she's like ''wait there's a bug on your hair'' and then removes it.They just keep doing that and I have no idea why, is it because it's such a light color? I've never heard anyone with that hair color complain. It's so weird...

Hi, sweet smells attract hair, but then i wash style and put in clip on extentions into my dark hair, and i dont really get bugs.

It could be the actual colour of your hair, and the bright colour is attracting bugs, as they are attracted to bright colours.

Apart from changing hair colour or wearing headgear, not sure what you can do

(i hate wearing headgear when i got my extensions in).

Roll on the cold weather when the bugs piss off!

I privately think Black hair and Brown sight are more attractive on men

bugs would be interested in the carbon dioxide you breathe out, it is worse in case you have undesirable breath. Wow thats a double whammy "the youngster with undesirable breath who attracts flies" sorry, yet you asked.

make sure you don`t add to much of greasy or any product that might attract them like honey or it been too scented.
