Spray a little anti-static spray on your brush before you brush your hair. Works great.

Use a different brush and try dryer sheets. Rub a dryer sheet on your hair and the static falls away. That's what I do when my hair is staticy.

Try not to brush it. Also, try using a leave in conditioner, this will help moisturize hair. When you do that, instead of brushing it, use your hands to pat hair down or flip it around into style.

When I was younger, It used to kinda get static. I used gell on it:) It worked for me. I don't get static hair any more.

put a little john frieda frizzease (or similar) on your palms, rub hands together and smooth hair down lightly. spraying a little hairspray on your hands and doing this works ok too but frizzease is really good and you only need a teeny tiny amount.

Spritz a little hairspray on, (I use Tresemme) and then brush it. If you dont want to use hairspray, spritz a little water to wet it down.
