Sounds strange, I know, but try "Mane & Tail" shampoo and conditioner. Not the kind sold in the hair care aisle, but the kind sold in the pet care aisle. I have used it, and I started using it because I read cancer/chemo. patients were using it to quicken growing hair back after the chemo treatments.

Other than taking necessary vitamins and eating well (healthy, nutritious food), you can apply rosemary oil, will help.
