Use a shampoo that is tailored to greasy hair, they will say something like "clarifying", "deep cleansing" or for "oily hair" on them. I really like the Tresemme range and they have one called Vitamin C Deep Cleansing shampoo that isn't too expensive. Use a large dollop of shampoo and lather well for at least 2-3 minutes, rinse thorougly and repeat.

You should still use conditioner but only put it on the bottom two thirds of your hair for a few minutes, and make sure you rinse it out properly with hot water. Finish off with a 30 second blast of ice cold water for extra shine :) If you don't want to wash your hair too often and it gets greasy really quickly, Batiste dry shampoo SAVES MY LIFE on a regular basis (talc/baby powder is a good substitute!)

Hm, it shouldn't be that greasy after washing it. How long does it take to get greasy? If you wash your hair once every other day or more, wash it once a day. That should help. I would say skip conditioner, but do a deep condition once a week, leave it on for 20 minuites, then wash out etc. Maybe it's your shampoo? You shouldnt have to wash it twice, because shampoo strips the good and bad oils from your hair, and if you have no oils your hair makes more. It's the same with your skin, if you wash your face and don't moisturise your skin makes more and more oil, making more and more spots, acne, sebaceous glands, etc. I wash my hair everyday but i can go once every two days, but i don't feel comfortable doing it because my skin and hair tends to get oily, so i shower everyday.

If you do all this, maybe go to your doctor so they can help with your hair problem

When you wash your hair, don't put too much conditioner by your scalp but instead your conditioner to the tips of your hair. If that doesn't work then change to dry shampoo. It works!
