ok so alot of shampoo says rinse and repeat. is this necessary? like why does it say that adn what is the advantages of that. I heard shampoo is basically stripping your hair so why would you want to do it twice. I have super damaged hair and only shampoo twice. is that good or is it more beneficial to do it twice? i know this is silly but I have always wondering why it says rinse then repeat! thanks. also any advice on hair to get super damaged hair back on track? thanks!

Shampooing once will do just fine. It can dry the hair out over cleansing.as for getting the damaged part back to healthy, regular trims, deep conditioning, less heat, and a little tlc will help!

They say that so you'll run out fast, and it's unnecessary, unless you haven't showered in weeks.

You should invest some shampoo and conditioner at LUSH

I know there's a really good conditioner to help damaged hair and it's sulfate-free. Sulfate-free shampoos don't damage your hair like regular shampoos. Sulfate is the chemical in the regular shampoos like TreSemme, Pantene, and all that jazz that dries out your hair even thought it feels like it's conditioning it in the shower.

The conditioner I recommend for use is called RETREAD from LUSH and it comes in a black pot. If your hair is damaged this one will get it right back on track, trust me.

Also, if you'd like a natural shampoo, try TRICHOMANIA It has coconut shavings and natural ingredients and is in the form of a soap bar.

I started using LUSH because it's natural and I've seen really great improvement in my hair,

ALSO WHEN YOU USE RETREAD IN THE SHOWER, It may not feel like it's doing anything but really it's conditioning it even if it doesn't seem like it, it's because it's sulfate-free.

Anyways, good luck! :)

Using mayonaise and/or olive oil & eggyolk treatment for your hair will work to moisturize it if it's dry!

Um well just shampoo once because it does strip your natural hair, my advice is to use shampoo like twice a week and use plain water to wash it out unless you have sweated water then wash that hair.

Pantene, breakage to strength, shampoo and conditioner!!!!!!!!! Its ment for people who use heat on their hair on a regular basis. But It works wonders even if you don't! It makes your hair smooth and shiny and more voluminous with only one wash and blow dry! And the whole shampoo twice thing is stupid. You only need it once unless you are a big ole grease ball. LOL! Hope I helped! But seriously try it! Its my favorite!!!!

It's so you use twice as much.
