There is a product called "Hair Growth Treatment" Baba de caracol is the brand that worked wonders for me. I found it on www.dreambigbeauty.com It REALLY helped my hair stop thinning. I hope it can help you too.

As i see you have thin hair and my answer will be about the thin hair part only to give you some ideas and tips about thin and thinning hair.

First you need to decide if your hair is thin naturally or it became thin. Take a look at your parents, what kind of hair do they have, check your childhood pictures, if you had thin hair all the time it means that you have naturally thin hair.

If your hair became thin >

In this case thinness is a temporal hair condition. It happens if hair do not receive proper nutrition because of stress, too often hair coloring, waving with chemicals because of too hard water and lack of zinc

If your hair is naturally thin >

if mother nature rewarded you with thin hair and you do not like it, there are two ways to take care of it. First – proper hair care that will not let your thin hair become even thinner.

The article is too long to post all information here, so i advice you to read the article from the web page you will see in the source below

Hope this can help for the thin hair part of your question

You can't change the fact that you have thin hair. However, you could plump it up to not look so flat. Try curling, scrunching, crimping, and teasing. If you think your hair lies too flat on your head, cutting it short will make it lighter to it will be poofier at the top. DO NOT GET LAYERS! This will make your hair thinner than it is, it will appear as though you have less hair because most of your hair will be shorter than the rest. If your concerned about your hair lying flat on your head layers may poof it up BUT if your concerned about your actual hair (not the roots) being too thin, layers would be a VERY bad idea.

I also have thin hair and you can't make it thick but you can make it look thick by adding volume. The only way I know to make it loo thick is use shampoos and serums.

You can use a weave to thicken it up. Outside of that, you are screwed. It's all genetics baby. I have the same problem. Good luck!

Layers! When you get your next hair cut ask for layers. It helps make it look more full.
