It's Fine to use both! Use good quality (salon products) and you'll be fine. I'm assuming that you have damaged hair and this is the reason why you are using both. There is no such thing as "over-conditioning" your hair if your hair is dry and lifeless...in fact, that's exactly what you need to do in order for it to get "better".

When using a leave on conditioner, the best would be a spray in since cream style may make your hair feel heavy. If you have the cream kind right now, use it up, only use a dab of it since it will emulsify in your hair, if it's of good quality.

Hope this helps you out!!

Yep, I do it. And I use an Aussie mousse that is a leave in conditioner as well. Then I use biosilk serum. My hair is super soft and smells great. Biosilk is terrific, try it.

no! honestly dont do this! it will in simple terms weigh your hair down and make it lank and greasy-searching. in simple terms purchase a depart-in conditioner, or depart the conventional conditioner for slightly longer than favourite interior the bathe.
