is it necessary for a girl to shave her arms/??

do men like it better with hair on or off the arms?

or does it even matter

depends. You are shaving your arms to get a guy? Ok. So, when you have him, you are 35, what then? Will you still be shaving your arms? Will you still shave them when you're pregnant and ready to have a baby? Oh, and will there be 'stubble"? ok, now you're 85...get the point? Who cares what they want?



Get a grip. If a guy doesn't like you as you are, forget him. He's not worth it. It won't work and you will be miserable.



Me? do I shave my arms? no. I shave UNDER my arms because it bothers me and I get a rash if I don't....

well, i shave my arms. butt, to guys, i don't really think it matter. But, i do it just for me, because i don't like it. You shouldn't worry about whether guys are going to like something all the time.

But it is a pain to shave them all the time.

Because im guessing your a girl.

And we all know that during winter if we dont have a boyfriend we dont shave our legs everyday.

And there is not a really easy way to cover up your arms.

But it is a turn off if they are really hairy

well, idk how hairy your arms were. but now they'll be even hairy er. when you shave your arms, it comes back Darker and Harrier. next time it comes back, go to the store and by that body hair dye stuff. mix it up, and spread it on your arms. it will blond your arm hair, and you won't be able to see it for about five weeks. then, repeat when it comes back. but, read the instructions. and, you shouldn't be embarrassed. i am Cuban, so i have DARK hair. my arm hair is dark too, so i dye it. my mom even has a mustache looking thing. just be thankful you don't have that. thank God i don't!! good luck! =]

I shave my arms. So does almost everyone I know. I don't think guys care, unless your like a beast haha! Its a pain to keep up though. But you'll get used to it.

I shaved my arms in 5th grade because I thought they looked gorilla-like. My friend made a comment saying it was weird that I had no hair on my arms, and when my hair grew back it was stubbly like when you haven't shaved your legs for a few weeks. Don't bother with the effort. Arms with hair are fine.

I think it depends on how hairy your arms are and how you feel about how they look. You don't necessarily have to go with shaving either. You could use hair removers or try waxing as well.

Whatever you do DO NOT SHAVE YOUR ARMS!!! Once you shave them you have to keep shaving them over and over again. Get this stuff called Sun In at a CVS or Walgreens near you. I just got some and am going to use it too change the color of my arm hairs so they are less noticable. I don't find it nescarry to shave your arms it would be a real pain in the ____ to start.

First try bleaching it.

I'm a guy with moderate arm (body) hair and I tried it before.

Another way is to actually shave it, and just let it grow back.

Yea, it will be obvious for the first 2 or 3 days, but it smooths out and looks better in the long run.

And at this time of the year, you can still wear long sleeves for a few days.

And contrary to what some say, hair DOES NOT grow back thicker. I trim my chest with a trimmer once a month and it always grows back the same amount.

Waxing kinda hurts and can be expensive, so try the other suggestions first.

No no no unless you have a medical diagnosis which requires you to shave your arms do not do it.



It's not necessary; I see more women with hair on their arms than without. I would think that a man would wonder why a woman has no arm hair.



I don't shave my arms because I don't think they would look right. I have a friend who used to be on a swim team and she shaved her arms...her arms were always stubbly and the hair seemed to be more coarse than before she shaved.

Just a heads up for you.



Either way, they are your arms so you should so as you please. I would still try to persuade you to not shave them.

it's not necessary..i have a couple friends who have shaved their arms and it just looks stupid...their arms aren't even hairy!! if it doesn't bother you then why worry about what other people think....and after you shave and the hair starts to grow back it looks soo stupid!!! I've never shaved my arms i think they're fine the way they are

i dont shave my arms because i am a guy. I would prefer that a woman shaved her arms but its not a big deal to me as long as its not visible from across the room!



basically just make sure that your arm hair is shorter than his!

Depends on how much hair grows on your arms. If it is thick then go ahead. As long as you aren't keeping a forest on your arms then it is ok with me. I don't shave my arms; but I'm a guy so that is viewed as "OK".

i dont shave my arms. my hair comes in really dark after i shave so i just dont think it would be a smart idea for me. it really isnt a must. i think shaving things like ur legs and under arms are though. i dont think id ever skip that.

Well it depends. Im Russin so i get reallly hairy arms. I have to shave mine, but it leaves them feeling really soft and smooth. I recomend doing it :)
