Question:
PLEASE HELP! EMERGENCY :'(?
2012-10-20 08:07:17 UTC
Please help me out! I got head lice in my hair and I didn't know at first. Then the itching began to get worse and then since it is compulsory to wear our hair in plaits, people can make out the lice from the parting. There's one girl in my bus who's had lice and she used to drop some on people. I think she had dropped on my cause she had been sitting behind me. Never mind that. I am so afraid because my head gets swollen after itching and I can't bear. Please help me. What can I do overnight. Like eggs in hair? Does that work? Or how about mayo? Lemon? :/ I will be so grateful. My reputation is already been spoilt.

Any pharmacy like walgreens will have stuff to get rid of lice. I t isn't a huge deal. Lots of people get it every year. You get the stuff use the comb in the shower.....and bam.... Well maybe 2 or 3 showers. But it isn't a huge deal. http://kidshealth.org/parent/infections/common/head_lice.html

Use full marks head lice treatment its the best I have used, I had head lice so bad and nothing worked apart from that. Also invest in a head lice comb. Simply wash you hair and go through your entire head with the head lice comb. This will get some out and even if you don't get them all you could hit some which will stop them reproducing. Just keep going through your hair with the comb every time you wash it, and eventually they will go.

You should get a headlice comb and comb them out, you can get them from any pharmacy and some supermarkets. To prevent them after that use tea tree oil about once a week, put it on the roots and brush it through your hair. But don't use if you have any raw spots in your head because it will hurt a lot! Combing them out takes about 30 minutes depending in how many there are and just do it until there's no more left! And make sure you change your bedding and vacuum the floor because you can get them back so quickly if there's any loose hair! Good luck!

DONT WORRY! When I lived with my Mom I had head lice on and off very often for 4 years. anyway, You cn put mayonaaise In your hair before bed, out a shower cap on, Sleep in it, then in th emorning rinse it out with white distilled vinegar. you can also but medicated mice shampoo, but it has pesticides so i never used it. Get a lice comb, and have someone you trust help yo ucomb it. Bet of luck! I know the mayonnaaise Thing will workk!

Really you should stay home with that problem and get some medical grade stuff to take care of it. If you keep going to school you're going to spread it and if people find out you had it, then they will blame you for it spreading and ruin your whole reputation. You will forever be known as Lice Girl, and no, that doesn't come with a cool theme song or tv show.

Medicated lice shampoo is the best. Stuff like 'full marks' gets rid of them completely, so get the shampoo, they will be gone soon enough.

Apply any bitter oil overnight and wash in morning. Egg won't help.
