I have been trying to grow my hair out for a while and these are helping my hair grow more!

1. Brush your hair from the ends up instead of the roots down because it is much gentler.

2. Pull your hair back when it is windy outside. Have you ever seen a flag outside and the ends or ripped? The wind does that to your hair too.

3. Get about 1/4 inch cut off every 2 months. This cuts off dead ends and prevents dead ends.

4. Comb your hair with a wide tooth comb when it is wet.

5. Don't put any heat on your hair. This is very damaging. If you have to then put a heat protectant.

6. When you are done washing your hair DON'T rub the towel on your hair! Imagine how much hair you are breaking! Squeeze your hair with the towel instead.

7. Drink a lot of water! This not only hydrates your body, it hydrates your scalp! It. Gets the blood flowing to get hair to grow.

8. Take vitamins like biotin and regular vitamins. When your body is healthy your hair grows faster.

9. Look for hair products that have the ph level from 4.5 - 5.5. Anything above or below that isn't good for your hair. Not all products will say the ph level.

10. Get hair products that are paramin, sulfate, and anything that say sodium in it free. These dry out your hair and are used to lather up. Although it may feel nice when it lathers, it is not nice to your hair.

11. Look for products that are with human hair carotene or/and thermal protectant.

12. Wet your hair BEFORE you go swimming! Why? Chlorine is really bad for your hair and dries it out. Your hair is like a sponge, it soaks liquid in. If your hair is already wet then it won't absorb as much chlorine.

Hope I helped!

You can get very good hair oils called Moroccan Oil that help your hair stay healthy.

Also, don't blow dry, straighten, curl or use any heat against your hair. It makes your hair have split ends and damages the hair strand, which means it doesn't grow as quickly.

If you do have split ends, like me, you should just get a small trim at the edges of your hair at a hair dressers, and then start to properly grow it. This means your hair will be thicker, and grow faster because your hair is healthier.

Also, after you wash your hair every time, quickly run cold water through your hair to finish. This freezes the cuticals in your hair and help it grow faster.

Hope this helps!

Use a good shampoo and conditioner. I recomend mane and tail, you can find it it heb or Walmart. Massage your scalp when applying the shampoo, then put on a shower cap. This will give the shampoo a chance to work. Leave it for atleast a minute then rinse. Make sure to completely rinse, or else you will have build up which is very unhealthy! Next apply conditioner. Do NOT but conditioner in your roots. It will cause your hair to become oily faster and weigh down hair. Do the same thing using the shower cap, but leave it on for atleast 3 minutes, then rinse. Next rinse your hair with cold water to seal in moisture and nutrients, and to bring out your hairs natural shine.

When drying your hair, be gentle. Dont wrap your hair in a towel. Don't pull on your hair either. Your hair is so fragile when it's wet, brushing and pulling it will weaken your hair and break it. What I do is push my hair against my scalp, and gently squeeze out the access water. Always let your hair air dry.

Avoid heat. It's been a year and I've only used heat on my hair 7 times. Try braiding your hair at night, then in the morning take out the braid and you'll have wavy hair! There are many other heatless, overnight hair styles, check YouTube!

Don't use rubber bands with metal on them, it can rip your hair.

Deep condition your hair once or twice a week to avoid split ends.

Do not get your hair trimmed every 6 weeks. You will just be cutting the hair you just grew. Try and wait a couple months between cuts.

If you must brush your hair while its wet, use a wide tooth comb. It's less damaging than a brush.

Try a hot oil treatment for your hair. Heat up extra virgin olive oil in a bowl, not too hot, then apply it to your hair and leave it for 30 minutes!

To make it grow faster I flip my hair upside down with your head to the floor and brush my hair that way. Also put conditioner this way because it's a small pull while not hurting your hair. Massaging your head will also stimulate your scalp. Also eating healthy will make your hair healthier, exercising will also get your blood flowing and stimulate your scalp. Also putting your hair in a braid at least once a week or so, the little bit of pulling is just enough to make it grow but not to hurt your hair's health. This will make your hair grow 2 inches every week.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMuTl Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

Truth be told... I learned in fourth grade science, your hair, finger and toe nails grow constantly at a constant rate...even after death for a short time. It may be possible, through genetic manipulation in a laboratory invirnment, to attain faster growth, but for you...Where were you in fourth grade science or have you gotten that far yet?? Many people will tell you they have/know of a way...FALSE. There is no way to make your hair or nails grow faster.

you can't make it grow faster, only retain length. take biotin / a multivitamin, drink plenty of water, stay away from damaging things (straighteners, hair dye), exercise, massage scalp daily, deep condition once a week if hair is damaged, every other week if it's not, eat fruits and veggies, keep hair moisturized, don't wash everyday, and don't trim too often. hope I helped :)
