How can i get my hair to look like this? (guy)?

Here is what i want my hair to look like, but right now it more poofy looking,Its a little wavy and really thick. SHould i get it layered/textured? How? Thanks. Serious answers only

get a few layers put in and get it really thinned out and after washing your hair use a little serum comb it straight give your head a shake and leave to dry naturally....

depends how long your hair is...is it long or somewhat short??
