Well it's going to have to be one or the other...wear the swimming cap or deal with dry, frizzy hair later.
Because no matter what solution u come up with for preventing your hair from getting dry because of the chlorine, if you dont wear the swim cap...ur just going in circles.
prevention is better than cure!

I have the same problem. My hair is thick and wavy, so basically anything that gets on my hair except product and snow, makes my hair fluffy and frizzy. Try leave-in conditioner. It works wonders. Just put it on your hair after you shower, before/after you get in the pool, and it will help with the dryness, frizziness, and even split ends. Hope I helped!

Nope. Saltwater in swimming pools is unquestionably lots, lots extra effective to your hair than chlorine. It won't injury your hair, do not difficulty. yet you need to rinse it out, do not enable it dry on your hair, otherwise the water will dry away, however the salt flakes will settle on your hair like dandruff.

before you go in the pool wet your hair in the shower DO NOT WET IT WITH CLORINE and if you want put leave in conditioner in then when u go swimming your hair will be obsorbed with the clean water and conditioner so your hair doesnt get dry
try using lots of conditioner so your hair doesnt get super dry it always helps
